Hog roasting is a fantastic way to feed a lot of people.  It is a very adaptable cooking method that can be done almost anywhere, leaving no mess at all.  It is cost effective, fun and above all super delicious.  Cooking large animals needs to be done slowly, which results in very tender meat with a deep, sweet flavour.  We use free-range pork to ensure the very best flavour and of course a happy pig is a tasty pig!
